Ingredients

  1. 1 kilogram Chicken
  2. 4 Onion
  3. 2 Tomato
  4. 1 1/2 tbsps Ginger paste
  5. 2 tbsps Garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  7. 1 tsp Fennel powdered
  8. 1 tsp Pepper powdered
  9. 2 tbsps red chilli Kashmir powdered
  10. 1 tsp Garam masala
  11. 1 tsp Cumin seed powdered
  12. 1 cup Curd
  13. 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  14. 2 sprig Curry leaves
  15. Salt

Method

    Add Photo

    In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with onion,tomato,ginger-garlic paste,fennel,cumin, pepper,Kashmir red chilly,garam masala,curd curry leaves salt.

    Heat a pan and transfer the above chicken mix to it.cover and cook with out adding water.

    In a pan add 1/4 cup coconut oil and add the cooked chicken mix to it.stir well and roast till chicken is golden brown and all the oil is dried up and coated with the chicken.
