Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Coconut Grated
  2. 2 chillies Dried red
  3. 1/2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
  4. 2 Shallots (chopped)
  5. 3 Curry leaves
  6. Tamarind
  7. Salt
  8. Coconut Oil

Method

10 mins
  1. Add Photo

    Sauté chillies, onions, curry leaves and ginger for 1 minute. Add grated coconut and mix well. Do not let this change color. Remove from fire and let this cool.

  2. Add Photo

    Add a pinch of tamarind or according to your taste.

  3. Add Photo

    Blend this mix with little or no water.

  4. Add Photo

    Check the sourness and add salt according to your taste.

  5. Add Photo

    Ready to serve!!
