A yummy chicken curry with in no time.
Marinate chicken with 1 tsp each of ginger,garlic,chilly powder,salt and 1/4 tsp of turmeric.Set aside for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile heat oil in a kadai add cinnamon,cloves and cardamom.Saute onions,green chilies,ginger and garlic.Add salt and saute till the onion become golden brown.
Now add chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala and stir well until the raw smell of the masala goes.Now add tomato pieces.
Add marinated chicken pieces to this,combine well and add thin coconut milk. Then close the kadai and cook,stir well in between.
Once the chicken is cooked and the gravy become semi thick,add thick coconut milk and turn off the stove.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice, chapatti, bread, naan.
