Delicious apple pancakes that take 10 minutes to prepare! Happy children (in my case happy husband), happy me :)

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 Cup Butter , unsalted , melted
  2. 1 Egg
  3. 1 Cup Milk , cold
  4. 2 Apples , shredded
  5. 1 1/4 Cups All purpose flour
  6. 1 1/4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  7. 6 Tablespoons Sugar
  8. 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder

    In a large bowl, combine butter, egg, milk and apple.In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture, just until combined. With this your pancake batter is ready!

    Heat a lightly buttered tava or frying pan. Pour a scoop of the batter onto it. You can decide how much to put depending on how thick you want the pancake. Close tava with lid. Toss the pancake onto the other side once you see air bubbles on one side.

    Brown on both sides and serve hot. Serve with maple syrup :) Slurrrp!
