Ingredients

  1. 250 grams Chicken breast (boneless)
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 1 tsp Garlic
  4. 3 red chilli Dry
  5. 2 sprig Curry leaves
  6. 1 tbsp Red chili flake
  7. 2 tsps chili powder Kashmiri red
  8. 1 tsp Pepper powdered
  9. 1 tsp Chaat masala
  10. Coconut oil
  11. 1 Egg
  12. 2 tbsps Maida
  13. 2 tbsps Corn flour
  14. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  15. red chilli Kashmiri powder
  16. 1 tsp Chicken masala
  17. 1 tsp Garam masala
  18. 1 tsp Lime juice
  19. Salt

Method

    Add Photo

    Clean and cut chicken into long thin strips. Make a batte r with egg,maida,corn flour,ginger garlic paste,chicken masala,garam masala,kashmiri red chilly powder,lime juice and salt.add chicken strips into the batter and mix well.keep aside for 30-45 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan fro frying chicken strips.Take chickens trips one by one and drop into the oil.deep fry till chicken pieces are crispy and well cooked.

    Heat 3 tbsp. oil in another pan. saute chopped onion,garlic, dry red chilly, chilly flakes, chilly powder, pepper powder, chat masala and curry leaves.

    Once raw smell of  masala goes, add chicken to it and mix well. Remove form fire. If you want more spicy, you can add more chilly flakes and chilly powder depending upon your taste buds.

    Serve with roti or rice as side dish.
