This is Chinese style of preparing egg by making omelette first and then frying
in the batter and saute in a spicy sauce.This spicy dish goes great with fried
rice.

Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 5 egg
  2. 1 tsp pepper powder
  3. 3 tbsps cornflour
  4. 2 tbsps maida
  5. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  6. 1/4 tsp garlic paste
  7. 1/4 tsp ginger paste
  8. 1/4 tsp soy sauce
  9. 1 onion chopped
  10. 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  11. 3 green chilli
  12. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  13. 2 tsps tomato sauce
  14. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  15. 1/2 tsp sugar
  16. salt
  17. spring onion
  18. oil
  19. coriander leaves

Method

    Add Photo

    In a bowl beat 5 eggs and add pepper powder and salt. Heat little oil in  a pan and make 2 omelets using the egg mix.

    Cut the omlettes into long strips of 1 inch width.prepare a batter with corn flour maida,pepper powder garlic paste, ginger paste, soy sauce salt  and water.

    Dip the egg strips in the batter and coat well. fry in oil till crispy.

    Heat oil in another pan. saute chopped onion, garlic paste chopped green chilly.once onion turns light pink on color add fried egg pieces to it and mix well.

    Add soy sauce, tomato sauce pepper powder sugar and salt(add if necessary)to it. stir well and cook on medium fame for 2 minutes.

    Remove from fire and garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion
