Marinate chicken with salt and turmeric and chiily powder for 10 minutes and shallow fry the chicken and crush them nicely.
Crush shallots,ginger,garlic,green chilly.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard,dried red chilly followed by garlic,ginger and curry leaves.
Now add crushed shallots and saute well or till it turns light golden brown.Then add the turmeric powder, chilli powder,pepper powder,garam masala and cook till the raw smell disappears.
Next add the crushed chicken and saute well. Keep it for 5-10 mins or till it gets lightly roasted...
Remove from flame and serve hot with rice.
