Ingredients

  1. 3 Banana Ripe (Ethapazham) -
  2. 1/2 cup Maida All purpose Flour /
  3. as required Water
  4. pinch Baking Soda a large
  5. pinch Salt a large

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Halve the bananas. Then cut it lengthwise into 3.

  2. 2

    Prepare a smooth batter (no lumps) with maida, water &salt.

  3. 3

    Add a large pinch of baking soda just before frying and mix the batter well.

  4. 4

    Fry the bananas in a pan with oil on medium heat.

  5. 5

    Remove the bananas using a slotted spoon and place it on kitchen paper, so as to remove excess oil.

    Serve warm.
