Ingredients

  1. 500 Grams Anchovies Fish Nethili /
  2. 12 Shallots
  3. 1 3/4 Tablespoons chilly powder
  4. 1 Teaspoon pepper powder
  5. To Taste salt
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. 1 Tablespoon gin paste
  8. 1 Tablespoon garlic paste
  9. 2 green chilli
  10. 10 curry leaves
  11. Pinch Uluva powder
  12. 1 Tablespoon corn flour maida /
  13. 1/2 Teaspoon chilli crushed Flakes
  14. 2 Tablespoons vinegar
  15. oil (to fry)

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Grind the ingredients (1 to 13) to a fine paste with 1 tsp of oil.

    Now marinade the fish and set aside for atleast 15 minutes.This can be stored in the freezer in air tight box and used later.

    Now fry them till crispy golden brown.Drain and place on kitchen towel to absorb extra oil. (USE COCONUT OIL FOR BEST RESULT)
