  1. 0.5 Kilogram Chicken
  2. 1 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
  3. 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
  4. 1 Teaspoon Corn Flour
  5. 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  6. To Taste Salt
  7. 50 Millilitres Oil
  8. 100 Grams Butter
  9. 3 Onion
  10. 2 Tomato
  11. 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  12. 1 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
  13. 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  14. 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
  15. 1 Tablespoon Cumin Powder
  16. Methi Kasur Little
  17. 10 Cashews
  18. To Taste Tomato Sauce
  19. 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cream
  20. Coriander Leaves To Garnish

    Marinate chicken with chilly powder, turmeric powder, corn flour, lime juice and salt.

    Heat oil in a pan. Fry the marinated chicken partially and keep it aside.

    Heat butter in a pan and add onions and tomato and saute it until they become soft.

    Add ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and saute it till the raw smell goes off.

    Crush the kasur methi leaves between your palms and add it.

    Grind cashews into a smooth paste and add it to form a gravy consistency.

    Cook the gravy till the oil separates from the gravy. You can add a little water if required.
