2 cups All purpose flour

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/4 tsps Salt

1 Butter stick

1 cup Sugar

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla
Cooking Instructions

Combine together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Beat together butter and sugar until it is fluffy and smooth. Add egg and vanilla and stir well.

Then add flour mixture and stir until it is combined nicely.

Shape the dough in to a disk and wrap in plastic, at least for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Roll out the dough, cut out cookies with cutter and bake for 10 minutes.
