A healthy attempt with wheat flour....some sugar and nuts....to crunch!!
Powder sugar and cardamom in a mixer grinder and keep it aside.
Mix the flour, sooji, ghee, baking powder, powdered sugar in a bowl and make a soft dough.
Make small balls, press it to make flat.
Grease the baking pan with ghee/butter, place the flatten dough pieces and garnish the nuts on it
Bake for 25-30mins in 150 C or pre-heat the oven for 300 F and bake for 25-30mins. After baking, allow the biscuits for 10-15mins to turn frim and serve it.
