Ingredients

2-serving
  1. 2 Cups Sweet corn Kernels
  2. 1/2 Onion
  3. 1 tomato Small
  4. 3 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  5. 1/2 Teaspoon pepper powder
  6. 1 Teaspoon Chaat masala
  7. 5 Sprigs Cilantro leaves
  8. 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli powder
  9. 4 Cups Water
  10. 2 Tablespoons Sev (optional)
  11. 2 Tablespoons Peanuts (optional)

Method

15 mins
  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Pour water in a pan and add the corn kernels. Bring to a boil on medium heat. (about 5-10 mins)

    Drain the kernels and keep aside.

    Chop onions, tomato and cilantro leaves.

    In a bowl add the chopped onion, tomato, corn kernels and rest of the ingredients and mix well.
