Pour water in a pan and add the corn kernels. Bring to a boil on medium heat. (about 5-10 mins)
Drain the kernels and keep aside.
Chop onions, tomato and cilantro leaves.
In a bowl add the chopped onion, tomato, corn kernels and rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Garnish with sev peanuts and cilantro leaves.
