Garlic Ginger Chicken Thighs
What a yummy and easy chicken recipe :). If you have a busy day coming up and can't afford to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, this is your recipe! :) I had a very busy Sunday a few weekends ago, but had already planned for a home cooked meal that Sunday. I woke up that morning, put the chicken and the marinade together, mixed it all up, put it back in the fridge and headed off to church and to do our other things. Came home and I put the chicken in the oven and lunch was ready! :)
