Veg Manchurian is a very easy to do Indo-Chinese dish. It is usually made with veggies such as carrot, cabbage, beans, capsicum. Here in my recipe I changed it a bit by adding minced soya granules since I love Soya and it is protein packed. I have also added one chicken stock cube for that extra zing.
