Yoghurt Dip/ Curd Dip

This is nutty spicy indian dip that goes well with pakora, vada etc.

Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup Curd Thick
  2. 1/2 Cup Ground nut Pea nut /
  3. 2 - 3 Green Chillies
  4. To Taste Salt

Method

    Add Photo

    Roast the peanut in a pan without adding oil until dark brown. Allow the peanuts to cool.

    Grind the green chilies and roasted peanuts. Alter the number of green chilies based on how hot a dip you prefer.

    Mix the ground mixture, salt and curd. If the dip is too thick, add couple of table spoons of water and stir well.
