Ingredients

  1. 200 grams paneer cubes
  2. 1/4 cup olives green
  3. 1 tablespoon butter
  4. 2 tablespoons refined oil
  5. 2 numbers white onion
  6. 2 numbers tomatoes medium
  7. 8 - 10 numbers garlic cloves
  8. 1/2 ginger grated piece
  9. 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  10. 2 - 3 teaspoons soya sauce
  11. 1 teaspoon chili paste
  12. 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  13. 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  14. 1/2 tablespoon chili kashmiri powde
  15. 1 tablespoon sugar
  16. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  17. 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  18. 1/4 bunch coriander leaves chopped
  19. 1 - 2 tablespoons corn starch
  20. 2 - 3 tablespoons maida
  21. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  22. 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  23. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  24. 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  25. 1/2 - 3/4 cup water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make a thick creamy batter from the given ingredients. Dip each paneer into it to well coat it and deep fry them in hot refined oil.

    In a wok or nonstick pan,saute butter wiwith oil. Add the chopped garlic ginger and ginger garluc paste. Saute and add onion chopped finely. Stir till nicely translucent.

    Add finely chopped tomatoes and olives with veg stock and mix well. As it dries up,add the sauces and puree.

    Season with salt,pepper and right sugar amount. Add kashmiri powder and bit of curry powder for extra kick.

    Add the fried paneer in and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander.

    Best with naan or roti...or even better,alone! With no spring onion and capsicum it still turned to be just awesome !
