Healthy Cheesy Bites

Why munch on nuggets? Stay healthy and be healthy! Its a healthy dish that is soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside. This dish isn't time consuming and can be easily prepared fresh for your kids.



  1. 1 and 1/2 cups Plain flour - ,
  2. 2 nos Eggs - .,
  3. 125 gms Mascarpon cheese - ,
  4. 40 gms Parmesan cheese powdered - ,
  5. 4 tsps Butter - ,
  6. pinch oregano , Dried - a
  7. pinch Basil , Dried leaves - a
  8. pinch Salt . - a

  1. Add Photo

    Combine both cheese,  dried oregano and basil, salt  and eggs to make it fluffy and soft.

    Add the flour little by little and make it into a soft dough like chapathi.

    Separate the dough into small portions. Roll it like a sausage and cut into small cubes.

    Heat the pan, add butter (don't burn off the butter) and when hot, put the cubes. Fry until golden brown.
