Serve with Samosa or Pakore or Kachori.

Ingredients

  1. 24 Plums Dry
  2. 1 teasespoon Salt
  3. 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  4. 1 teasespoon Red Chill Powder
  5. 1 teasespoon Black Peppercorn Crushed
  6. 12 Cardamom seeds Green only
  7. 2 Cardamom seeds Black only
  8. 15 Almonds soaked overnight
  9. 1 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
  10. 2 Cups Water
  11. 1 tablespoon Oil
  12. 1 teasespoon cumin seed

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Heat oil in a Pan on medium heat add cumin and cook for 1 minute.

    Put remaining ingredients in a Blender with water  and make a puree. (Don,t over blend).

    Add it to the Pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
