One of my favourite snacks for tea time
Whisk eggs and add all the ingredients.
Heat a skillet and leave it at a medium flame.
Dip the bread into the egg milk mixture making sure you get all the onions and chillies on the bread.
Cook on both sides evenly for 2 minutes. You can add butter if you like.
If you want to take this up another level, make a tomato jam, and some sausages. Yum!
