Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Kilogram Beef
  2. 1 Cup Shallots French (crushed)
  3. 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Crushed
  4. 1 1/2 Tablespoons Red chilli Crushed
  5. 2 Teaspoons Coriander powder
  6. 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  7. 1 Teaspoon pepper powder
  8. 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  9. 2 Teaspoons Vinegar
  10. Salt
  11. Curry Leaves
  12. Coconut Oil

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Marinate the cleaned beef with all the ingredients listed under"for marination" list and keep it aside for about 30 mnts

    Add Photo

    Add 2 Tablespoon of water to this marinated beef and pressure cook the beef. After the beef is done if there is excess water is dried completely.

    Add coconut oil to a frying pan and add heaps of curry leaves and fry it for a minute (Try to use coconut oil itself as the taste of the flavor of this dish is mainly from the coconut oil and curry leaves), Now add the cooked beef.

    Fry on low flame for about 20 mnts till the beef turns black in color.And the Yummy kallu shaappu beef fry is ready!!!!!!
