  1. 2 cups chick peas Boiled
  2. 4 tbsps Olive oil
  3. 2 - 3 cloves Garlic
  4. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  5. 3 tbsps Tahini paste
  6. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Red chilli cayenne pepper powder /
  8. Salt

    Grind the chickpea along with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, chilli powder and tahini paste so that it becomes a soft paste.

    For a better paste, peel the skin of the chickpeas after boiling.
