Ingredients

  1. 500 gms tomato blanch and chopped
  2. 250 gms Pumpkin grated
  3. 150 gms sugar
  4. 100 gms fresh cream
  5. badam for garnish

Method

  1. Add Photo

    In a deep pan add sugar, when sugar will desolve add pumkin and cook till soft

  2. Add Photo

    Add chopped tomatoes

  3. Add Photo

    Cook well

  4. Add Photo

    Add cream

  5. Add Photo

    Reduce heat and cook till dry

  6. Add Photo

    Keep in fridge till cold and serve with badam
