Ingredients

  1. 1 kg tuna fish
  2. 50 gms coconut oil
  3. 1 tbsp fennel
  4. 3 tbsps ginger garlic paste
  5. 25 gms chilly pdr kashmiri
  6. 3 tsps corriander pdr
  7. 1 tsp turmeric pdr
  8. salt to tast
  9. 5 pcs cocum water put in hot
  10. curry leaves few

Method

30 mins
  1. Add Photo

    1st wash fish and cut into 1 inch pcs

  2. Add Photo

    Wash with some curd and wheat flour

  3. Add Photo

    In a mud pot add coconut oil

  4. Add Photo

    When it is hot add fennel and it change colour add ginger and garlic paste fry well

  5. Add Photo

    Add chilly pdr,corriander pdr,and turmeric

  6. Add Photo

    Fry 30 sec add cucum and water +more water

  7. Add Photo

    When it is biol add fish and salt curry leaves.slow fire cook till fish is tender and oil comes up.
