  1. 500 gms chala {sardine fish]
  2. 2 pcs kudam puli [cocum]
  3. 2 tbsps chiily pdr
  4. 1 tsp turmeric pdr
  5. 5 no chilly green slitted
  6. 4 tbsps coconut oil
  7. salt to tast

Method

30 mins
  1. Add Photo

    Clean fish and just carve and keep dry

  2. Add Photo

    In a grinder grinde all items except coconut oil and chilly

  3. Add Photo

    In a currychatty[ currypot] mix all masala with fish

  4. Add Photo

    Add coconut oil and chilly

  5. Add Photo

    Cook very slow fire till fish is cook and oil cumtop

  6. Add Photo

    Just rounding chatty while cookin

  7. Add Photo

    Done
