Ingredients

  1. 100 gms okra small size
  2. 1 no onion sliced
  3. 3 no chilly slited green
  4. 1 pcs ginger julien
  5. 3 no garlic crushed
  6. 1 cup coconut milk
  7. 2 tbsps corriander pdr
  8. 1 tsp turmeric pdr
  9. 20 gms coconut oil
  10. 1 tsp seeds mustured
  11. curry leaves abi
  12. salt

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Cut okra 1 inch pcs and just saute in the oil

    Keep aside

    In the same pan add oil heat mustured seeds

    When mustred pop add sliced onion  ginger and garlic

    Saute till fragrant

    Add spices and little water

    Then add okra and salt

    After just boil add coconut milk and green chilly curry leaves
