  1. 3 pcs pineapple very thin slice
  2. 3 tbsps sugar
  3. 1 no chilly hot red
  4. ginger a bit
  5. 2 tbsps lemon juice
  6. mint leaves few
  7. 2 tsps pomegranate seeds

Method

20 mins
  1. Add Photo

    Boil sugar with water and chilly

  2. Add Photo

    Strain and keep cool

  3. Add Photo

    Then add lemon juice and grated ginger to this syrup

  4. Add Photo

    Plating

  5. Add Photo

    Arrange pinapple in a plate and pour this mix on top

  6. Add Photo

    Garnish with mint and pomigranate seeds
