  1. 250 gm Chambakka -
  2. 3 tbsps Chilly powder -
  3. Pickle powder
  4. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder -
  5. 4 tbsps Oil -
  6. 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds / kaduku -
  7. A few curry leaves
  8. 2 nos chillies dry red
  9. to taste Salt

    Wash the rose apples thoroughly. Cut into halves, de-seed and set aside.
