Peri Peri Grill Chicken

A simple grill to warm up any eveing

Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 500 Grams Chicken drumsticks
  2. 1 Cup Mashed Potaties
  3. 1 Cup Sauted vegetables
  4. 6 Chilli Red Dry
  5. 1/2 Capsicum Red
  6. 1 Pod Garlic
  7. 1 Tablespoon Oregano
  8. 1 Tablespoon Paparika Powder
  9. 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  10. 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  11. Olive Oil for grinding
  12. 1 Teaspoon salt
  13. 1 Tablespoon Salt
  14. 1 Tablespoon Pepper powder

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Wash the chicken & drain any excess water & make deep slits. Marinate with e salt & pepper powder and keep aside for 10-15 mins.

    Add all the ingredients of the peri peri mix in a food blender.. Blend on high speed till you get a fine paste.

    Coat the marinated chicken with the peri peri mix and keep it aside fr 30 mins.

    Place the marinated chicken on your grill tray Grill one side for 20 mins remove from the grill and turn the drumsticks over and grill for another 20 mins.

    Serve with mashed potatoes, sauteed vegetables, garlic bread/ dinner rolls or rice.
