Ingredients

  1. 6 cooked idlis
  2. 2 Teaspoons Chilli Powdere
  3. salt
  4. Oil

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Cut the cooked idlis in the shape of wedges

    In a bowl make a thin paste of chili powder & salt and coat the idlis in the this mixture

    Add Photo

    Deep fry or shallow fry in hot oil till golden brown
