Make the salsa mix with finely chopped red n yellow capsicum onions chillies & add the vinaigrette
Arrange the sweet potato chips in a platter. Spoon the salsa on the chips
Top the salsa with a teaspoon of sour cream & pickled olive
Sprinkle with paprika powder if you wish to add some spice
