Strawberry Cream & Meringues

Ingredients

  1. 500 Grams Strawberries
  2. 2 Teaspoons Castor Sugar
  3. 2 Teaspoons Pomegranate juice
  4. 500 Millilitres Whipping cream
  5. 10 Meringues

Method

20 mins
  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Hull n chop the strawberries and add the sugar n pomegrante juice and let it macerate

  2. Blank step

    Whip the cream till thick n soft

  3. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Crumble the meringue (you will need chunks n fine dust too) & add to whipped cream mix

    Fold the meringued cream & fruit mixture together

    Serve in martini glasses
