Ingredients

  1. 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
  2. 1/2 Cup Honey
  3. 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract Pure
  4. 2 Cups Oats Old - fashioned Rolled
  5. 1/2 Cup Coconut Shredded
  6. 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

    Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350° F.

    Put the sesame seeds, honey, vanilla, oats, cinnamon, and coconut in a large bowl. Stir everything together till thoroughly mixed.

    Spread onto a greased baking pan with a rim. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake for 15 minutes. Make sure to move everything around a couple of times with a spatula so that all the oats are evenly browned.

    Once it is nicely browned, remove from oven. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
