Nenthrapazham Moru Curry
Ingredients

1.1 small Ethapazham / Nenthrapazham - cut into cubes

1/4 tspn Turmeric powder -

2.1 tspns Coconut Oil -

1/4 tspn Mustard seeds -

1/4 tspn Fenugreek seeds -

2 Green chilli - chopped finely

1 sprig Curry leaves -

1/4 tspn Red chilli powder -

1/4 tspn Turmeric powder -

pinch Hing / Kayam -a

1 1/2 cups Curd -
Cooking Instructions

Cook nenthrapazham cubes with turmeric,salt and little water.Cook till water dries up and nenthrapazham is soft.

Heat oil in another pan.Splutter mustard seeds and fenugreek seed.Add green chilli and curry leaves.Then simmer the flame and add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and hing/kayam.(don't burn the powders).Saute quickly and add the cooked nenthrapazham cubes.Mix well.Now add curd and enough salt.Mix well.Nenthrapazham Moru Curry is ready to serve.
