  1. 1.2 Mango Ripe - medium
  2. 2 Jaggery - tblpsn
  3. 2.1/2 cup coconut Grated -
  4. 5 red chilli Dry -
  5. 1/4 tspn Mustard seeds -
  6. 3.1 Coconut Oil - tblspn
  7. 1/4 tspn Mustard seeds -
  8. 1 or 2 red chilli Dry -

Cooking Instructions

    Cut ripe mango into small pieces.In a bowl add mango pieces,jaggery and salt.Crush and mix them well using hands,spoon or gently with a blender.Keep aside

    Grind together grated coconut,dry red chillies and mustard seeds to a smooth paste.

    Now heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add curry leaves and dry red chilli.Add the coconut paste and mango-jagger mixture.Mix eveything well.Switch off the flame.
