Cut ripe mango into small pieces.In a bowl add mango pieces,jaggery and salt.Crush and mix them well using hands,spoon or gently with a blender.Keep aside

Grind together grated coconut,dry red chillies and mustard seeds to a smooth paste.

Now heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add curry leaves and dry red chilli.Add the coconut paste and mango-jagger mixture.Mix eveything well.Switch off the flame.
