Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Aval Poha / -

1/2 cup Jaggery syrup -

1/2 to 3/4 cups Coconut Grated -

4 / Roasted and crushed green gramcherupayar - tblpsn

1/2 to 3/4 tspn Cumin cardamom Dryginger + + (all roasted and powdered)-
Cooking Instructions

To make jaggery syrup,add water to grated jaggery.Let it boil till the jaggery melts completely.Strain it well to remove the impurities.

In a wide pan.Add jaggery syrup.Let it boil.Then add the grated coconut.Stir well and make the syrup dry up slowly.When 3/4 th of the syrup dries up,

Add roasted and crushed green gram/cherupayar.Stir again till the syrup completrly dries up.Now add the roasted powders.Mix everything well.Finally add aval and mix till everything gets coated well.If the aval seems to be too dry,just sprinkle 2-3 tblspn water.Mix well and let it sit for 2-3 mints in lowest flame.
