Spinach Mushroom Bread Rolls

  1. 5 Sandwich Bread - slices
  2. 1/4 cup Spinach - chopped -
  3. 5 Button Mushroom - chopped
  4. 2 Onion - tblspn chopped
  5. 1 tspn Butter -
  6. 1/4 tspn Pepper powder -
  7. Oil

  9. 2 Maida - tblspn
  10. Water -as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Mix maida and water to make a sticky paste.

    Cut the sides of bread slices.Place it in a flat surface.Press gently with a roller so that holes of the bread gets closed.Keep aside.

    Heat butter in a pan.Add chopped onion,spinach and mushroom.Sprinkle enough salt.Saute till water starts to ooz out.Now add pepper powder.

    Mix and saute continuously in low-medium flame till the mushroom and spinach is cooked and all the water dries up.Switch off the flame and let the

    Mixture cool down.

    Now place some mixture in bread slice and roll carefully.Repeat the same with all the slices.Seal the three open sides with maida/all purpose flour paste.Keep it for 10-15 mints.

    Heat oil in a pan,fry the rolls till golden brown on both sides.You can also bake them in oven also if you don't want to fry.

    Serve hot.
