  1. 6 Bread - slices
  2. 6 Egg
  3. 2 cups Milk
  4. 1 lb Sausage
  5. 6 Mushroom
  6. 1 Tomato
  7. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  8. to taste salt
  9. Butter grease to pan
  10. 12 oz cheddar cheese

  1. Add Photo

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch square baking dish.

  2. Add Photo

    Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

    In the prepared baking dish, put butter, then layer the bread,mushroom and tomato

  4. Add Photo

    In a bowl, mix the sausage, Cheddar cheese, onion, cottage cheese, and eggs. Pour over bread / mushroom /tomato  (Substitute any veg/meat)

  5. Add Photo

    Bake 45 mins in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the casserole comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
