Ingredients

5-serving
  1. 2 lb Mussel Cleaned
  2. 1 Onionchopped -
  3. 1/2 inch Ginger -
  4. 3 Garlic -
  5. 1 tsp Chilli Powder  -
  6. Turmeric powder
  7. to taste Salt -
  8. 1/4 tsp Pepper powder -
  9. 1 Tomato -
  10. 1 tsp Rice flour -
  11. 2 pinchs Garam masala -

Method

20 mins
  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.

    Add sliced onion and curry leaves.

    When onion becomes soft add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min.

    Add all masala, salt and sauté for a min or two.

    Add diced Tomato and stir until the gravy gets thick

    Add mussel, cover with a lid stirring occasionally

    After 10-15 minutes, add rice flour and heat for another 5 minutes

    Enjoy Mussel fry with hot rice or roti :)
