My never ending love for eggs..The egg experiments continuee..:) A very easy breakfast/snack...The crispy n flaky pastry base and soft eggy topping makes ths quite an interstin dish!

  1. pastry sheets Puff
  2. Egg
  3. Black olives
  4. mushroom Chopped
  5. Jalepenos
  6. Cherry tomatoes
  7. basil Dried
  8. cheddar cheese Grated
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. chilli Dried flakes

Method

20 mins
  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Line the puff pastry sheets on a baking tray.

    Fold the four edges slightly up so that th egg will stay in.

    Break in an egg. Sprinkle the seasoning. Top it with veggies and cheese.

    Bake in a 180 degree pre heated oven til the puff pastry is well done.
