Gobi Masala Dosa

Stands out from the usual masala dosa that we are used to.
Ingredients

2 Cups Cauliflower (minced)

2 Onionchopped
-
1 Tomato
-
2 green chilli
-
/ curry leavescoriander leaves
-
oil

0.25 Tablespoon turmeric powder

1 Tablespoon chilli powder
-
1 Tablespoon coriander powder
-
0.5 Tablespoon garam masala
-
salt
-

Cooking Instructions

Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash and put this in hot water with a little salt for 5-10 mins. Drain the water and chop it finely.

Heat oil in a pan, add jeera seeds and finely chopped onions, green chilli, curry leaves.

Saute for few minutes until onion turns translucent.

Add turmeric powder,tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt as needed.

Add cauliflower and cook. Make sure the masala is dry.

Make dosa and add some of this masala in the centre of the dosa and wrap the dosa around it.

Serve this dosa hot with chutney (tomato/onion/coconut).
