Ingredients

  1. 2 Cups Cauliflower (minced)
  2. 2 Onionchopped
  3. 1 Tomato
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. / curry leavescoriander leaves
  6. oil
  7. 0.25 Tablespoon turmeric powder
  8. 1 Tablespoon chilli powder
  9. 1 Tablespoon coriander powder
  10. 0.5 Tablespoon garam masala
  11. salt
  12. jeera

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash and put this in hot water with a little salt for 5-10 mins. Drain the water and chop it finely.

    Heat oil in a pan, add jeera seeds and finely chopped onions, green chilli, curry leaves.

    Saute for few minutes until onion turns translucent.

  4. 4

    Add turmeric powder,tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt as needed.

    Add cauliflower and cook. Make sure the masala is dry.

  6. 6

    Make dosa and add some of this masala in the centre of the dosa and wrap the dosa around it.

    Serve this dosa hot with chutney (tomato/onion/coconut).
