Spicy easy kebab, a wonderful accompaniment to indian hot breads or with fresh salad and chutney
If using bamboo/wooden skewers, soak them in warm water for atleast 30 minutes before you start using them.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
Mold handful of chicken mix evenly onto skewer stick. Spray/ brush the kebab with white oil /butter and cook on grill plate 10 minutes, rotating till all sides are done. Serve hot.
