Ingredients

  1. 8 / bamboometal skewer sticks
  2. 1/2 Kilogram chicken keema
  3. 1/2 onion , chopped super fine
  4. 1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 Teaspoons garam masala
  6. 1 green chilli , finely chopped
  7. to taste salt
  8. 1 Teaspoon cumin powder
  9. 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder
  10. 2 Teaspoons coriander fresh , chopped
  11. 1 egg

Cooking Instructions

    If using bamboo/wooden skewers, soak them in warm water for atleast 30 minutes before you start using them.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.

    Mold handful of chicken mix evenly onto skewer stick. Spray/ brush the kebab with white oil /butter and cook on grill plate 10 minutes, rotating till all sides are done. Serve hot.
