Slice each baguette diagonally four times, about one inch apart, without cutting through the bottom crust. Repeat in the opposite direction.
Combine butter, garlic and parsley. Drizzle butter mixture through the cuts in the baguettes, dividing the mixture evenly. Combine the cheeses and sprinkle evenly in the cuts. Wrap each baguette in foil. Bake at 425°F 4 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 4 minutes.
