Creamy Blueberry Bread Pudding

This classic dessert is perfect for a cold winter evening. Use any type of berry you wish. I just happen to love blueberries.



  1. 1 Loaf Bread Rhodes Frozen Dough , baked following instructions
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 3 cups whipping cream
  4. 1 1/2 cups sugar
  5. 3 teaspoons vanilla
  6. 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  7. 1/2 (10-12 ounce) packages white baking chips
  8. Sauce :
  9. 1/2 cup whipping cream
  10. • 1/2 (10-12 ounce) package white baking chips

  1. Cut cooled bread into 1-inch cubes. In a large bowl beat eggs. Add cream, sugar, vanilla and blend. Fold in blueberries and baking chips. Add mixture to bread cubes and fold until cubes are evenly coated. Pour into a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan. Let sit 15-30 minutes while bread soaks up mixture. Bake at 350°F 50-60 minutes (cover with foil last 15 minutes if necessary to prevent over browning). Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Top with sauce to serve.
