  1. 4 Salmon (6 oz) Fillet
  2. 1 Clove Garlic , minced
  3. 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  4. 2 Tablespoons Parsley Fresh
  5. 3/4 Cup Panko bread crumbs
  6. 1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  7. 1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
  8. 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  9. Salt black pepper and freshly ground

    Spray a baking dish/tray with any non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
