  1. Add Photo

Boil water, add pasta. When cooked, drain and set aside

  2. Add Photo

While pasta is boiling, In a separate sauce pan, melt butter in a medium, non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan and pepper.

  3. Add Photo

Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce will thicken rapidly, thin with milk if cooked too long.

  4. Add Photo

In parallel to the sauce, heat olive oil in a sauce pan. Add garlic, black pepper, then add zucchini and cook until browned. Then add spinach and cook until wilted.

  5. Add Photo

To serve, put pasta in bowls, top with vegetables and pour sauce on top. Mix and enjoy!

  6. Add Photo

For more added flavor, make sure to put the salt in the sauce rather than at the end like we ended up doing (since we forgot to add it in the sauce while preparing it)
