A simple chicken sandwich for those hungry times...



  1. 2 Chicken breasts
  2. to taste pepper
  3. to taste salt
  4. pinch turmeric a
  5. 1/2 inch ginger crushed
  6. 3 clove garlic crushed
  7. mayonnaise
  8. 1/2 cup cilantro chopped

  1. Add Photo

    Cook the chicken breasts mixed with salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger and garlic in a pressure cooker.

    Shred it after it cools.

  3. Add Photo

    Mix the chicken, chopped cilantro and mayonnaise together.

    Spread it on bread, chappathi, kubbos, any of those and have it.
