10 water skinned , chopped and soaked in for minutes
1/2 cup coconut grated
2 cloves garlic Crushed
1 green chillies -
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder -

For the seasoning -
2 tablespoons coconut oil -
1 teaspoon mustard seeds -
3 shallot Sliced -
2 chilly dry red -
1 sprig Curry leaves -
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds -

Mix the skinned, chopped, soaked in water plantain, grated coconut, turmeric, salt, garlic, chillies into a pan and cook till plantain is tender. Make sure it doesn't burn, by stirring occasionally.

Once cooked, do the seasoning (tadka).

Heat oil in a small pan, splutter the mustard seeds in it. Add the cumin seeds. Add the sliced shallots, broken red dry chillies and curry leaves. Let the shallots turn light brown.
