Vegetable mix cooked with spices and coconut milk.Goes along with Puri/Appam.Best for heavy breakfast.

Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 2 Potato (Medium size)
  2. 1 Carrot (Medium size):
  3. Half Cup Peas Peas Frozen or   Fresh :
  4. 1 teaspoon Ginger Freshly Prepared -
  5. 2 Chilli -
  6. pinch Turmeric - A
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1 Onion - Medium Size
  9. 1 Cup Coconut Milk -
  10. 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil -
  11. 1 Sprig Curry Leaves :
  12. Mustard
  13. Chilli Dry

Method

30 mins
  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Cut Potato,Carrot,Onion,Split the chilli and boil it for 3 whistles in pressure cooker along with ginger-garlic paste,peas,salt and turmeric.Take water just enough to boil it or you might have to boil for some more time to remove the excess before proceeding to next step

    Add coconut milk,cook in low flame,until it starts to thicken.

    Switch off,Heat oil in small kadai or pan,pur oil,crackle mustard,dry chilli and curry leaves.Pour into the Coconut mix.

    Serve hot with Puri or Appam
