Ingredients

  1. 3 Eggs
  2. 2 Plantain Kerala -
  3. half teaspoon Cardamom powder :
  4. Half cup Sugar :

Method

    Add Photo

    Mix or whisk eggs along with Sugar. and cardamom powder

  2. Blank step

    Slice the plantain length wise,should be the length of index finger.

    Add Photo

    Place the sliced pieces in a mould,and pour the egg mixture over it.

    Add Photo

    Place water in cooker for boiling,once it starts to boil,Place the mould and steam it for about 20 mins or until done.

    Once done slice it out in desired shape and Serve at room temp.
